Our Return Policy

OUR RETURN POLICY:

Our return policy is very simple and straightforward.
On non-printed goods we offer a full refund (minus S&H) with no questions asked. You are required to return the item to us in re-stockable condition within 45 days of receipt.
On printed materials we offer a full refund or a remake of your order if we do not print your order as per your approved on-line proof.
On custom cut magnetic material we do not offer returns.

Return Policy for Neodymium Discs:

Neodymium discs must be returned in the ORIGINAL boxing materials, in the original UNOPENED packaged sets.  Returns received with the package seals broken will not be eligible for a refund and will not be returned.
