Frequently asked questions

How wide and how long is this white vinyl roll?
This roll is 8 inches wide and 50 feet long, on 30 mil magnetic material.

What can I use a 8-inch white vinyl roll for?
8-inch rolls are popular for car-door signs and mid-size displays.

How strong is the magnet?
These rolls use solid 30 mil magnetic material with a thin white vinyl face - not a thin magnet padded with paper and laminate - so they hold firmly and lie flat.

Is it weatherproof?
Yes - vinyl-laminated magnets are rated for both indoor and outdoor use, from -15°F to 160°F, and resist rain, sleet, and snow.

Can I print on it?
Yes. The matte white vinyl face prints with solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV-curable inkjet, with no overlaminate. For a home desktop inkjet, use our inkjet magnetic sheets instead.

How do I cut and install it?
Cut with scissors, a utility knife, or a straight edge. Apply to any clean, flat steel surface, like a refrigerator, file cabinet, whiteboard, or car door.
