  • Shipping & Delivery

    All orders placed by 4:00 PM Central Standard Time will ship out that same day. If for some reason we do not ship out your order and you placed it before 4:00 PM CST, we will ship out your order for free (up to $25). 
    This guarantee applies only to days that UPS is running daily pick up service (holidays and weekends excluded). *This does not include custom printed orders, cut to size custom orders and wholesale orders due to production schedules.To view our UPS Ground Shipping Map, click here. 

    *Please note that in the case of Canadian bound shipments, taxes and import duty are not included in your order total. Import duty and taxes are due when importing goods into Canada and payment of these fees will be due upon delivery. Orders that are refused or returned to us will be refunded the product price less the return shipping fee and the original shipping charge as well.

  • We are currently offering FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on all custom printed products shipping to the contiguous 48 states. This offer is not for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada orders. For production schedule of our printed magnets, check the Production Time listed on that product's specifications. These production days should be added to your shipping time to give you an estimate of when to expect your magnets.

  • Privacy & Security

    We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.   • Returns & Procedures

    On non-printed goods we offer a full refund on the product price if you return the item(s) in re-stockable, non-damaged condition within 30 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds on shipping & handling costs. Please contact Customer Service 1-888-303-3900 with your order number and reason for return. We will issue you a UPS return shipping label that can be placed on your package. The return shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund.  *If using original packaging, please be sure merchandise is safe and secured. We are not responsible for handling of returned goods. To schedule a UPS package pick-up, click here or visit your nearest UPS store to drop-off package. Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receiving return. 

    On custom printed orders, we offer a full refund or a remake of your order if we did not print your order as per your approved on-line proof. If you need to cancel a custom printed order, the order must be canceled before it goes into production. Once in production, order cannot be cancelled or revised. Please contact Customer Service 1-888-303-3900 with any concerns on your custom printed order. 

    On custom cut magnetic material, we do not offer returns.

    Neodymium discs must be returned in the ORIGINAL boxing materials & packaged sets UNOPENED. Returns received with the package seals broken will not be eligible for a refund and will not be returned. Please contact Customer Service 1-888-303-3900 with any concerns about the discs you received. 

  • Payment Options

    Currently we accept payment by all major credit cards, PayPal & checks or money orders. If paying by check or money order, your order will be on hold until we receive payment. Payment is not required at time of check-out when ordering any of our custom printed products. Once proof is approved by customer, customer will receive an invoice. Once invoice is paid by customer, the order can be moved into production. 

  • Quotes

    Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Orders placed after 30 days from quote date may not be available at quoted prices. To guarantee prices a current quote is required.

  • Updating Account Information

    Please keep all customer information; billing address, e-mail, phone number, etc., up to date on your account. It is not Custom-Magnets responsibility if information is incorrect on order when information was provided by customer. To update information, please log-in to your account. "My Account" link is displayed at the top of every web page. Once logged in, customer's are able to manage addresses, contact information, account information and re-order a past order.
